Complaint
If you have encountered a problem with our product or service, please do not hesitate to contact us. You are
assured that your complaint will be solved quickly and confidentially. Moreover, in response to the notification
of the Office of Insurance Commission Re: Criteria, Method of Establishment and Operation of Complaint Unit
of Non-Life Insurance Companies, our company has a policy to find out resolution to the
complaints on indemnity. Complaint form can be downloaded here. Please fill out the form and attach necessary evidence as follows:
- Copy of identification card (certified as true copy)
- Copy of house registration (certified as true copy)
- Power of Attorney (if any)
- Other evidence such as copy of premium receipt, medical expenses (if any)
You can lodge your complaint in person or by mail, email, fax and phone. Complaint with complete evidence will be processed. The result will be informed within 15 days.
