In an event of motor accident, you or the driver should proceed as following:

1. Call our 24 hr. hot line claim service at 02-636-2345 to report the accident.
    Our claim staff is ready to serve you 24 hours.

     In case there is other party involved, company will arrange a surveyor to travel to meet the driver at the
         place of accident. After damage inspection, the surveyor will issue List of Damage to the driver
     In case there is no other party involved, our claim staff will suggest you to go to our contracted garage for
         car repair. Claim Form can be filled in at the garage.



2. When the car repair is complete, you should inspect the repair. If you are not satisfied with the repair,
    please notify the company immediately.

3. If you would like car repair done by your preferred garage which is not our contracted garage,
    you should proceed as follows:

    
Ask your preferred garage to submit repair quotation to you.
     Contact the company and get approval of the quotation.
     After the car repair, bring the receipt and drive the car to the company for repair inspection. The company will          issue a cheque for settlement to you as soon as possible.
